As we begin the New Year, let’s send a warm welcome to our newest team member: Therese Mekhail!
Therese joins our team as a Grades 7-12 Math & Science EA, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biology (Life Sciences). She is excited to share her knowledge with students and to inspire and support them as a cheerleader and spiritual mentor. Therese’s love for Science started when she realized how detailed God is in His creation; she loves admiring God’s beauty in creation through nature Intro walks, swimming in the ocean, and snorkelling.
Here are a few fun facts about Therese:
- Therese and her family moved to Egypt in 2023.
- She is also fluent in French (if you need help with your French coursework, she’s the one to turn to).
- She loves puppies and sushi (even for breakfast!)
- Her favourite book is the Bible!
